I had such a wonderful Reiki experience with Helen. From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm, welcoming, and incredibly peaceful. During the session I felt deeply relaxed and grounded, and it was amazing how quickly my mind and body seemed to settle. The energy work felt gentle yet powerful, and afterwards I left feeling lighter, clearer, and much more balanced. What stood out the most was the genuine care and presence during the session. I was suffering from severe anxiety for a number of reasons so decided to try Reiki by Helen. Due to logistical reasons, Helen performed the reiki remotely, at night. Post treatment I felt decidedly less anxious and would like to continue with more treatments. Joanna, Illovo
