I had such a wonderful Reiki experience with Helen. From the moment I arrived, the space felt calm, welcoming, and incredibly peaceful. I was suffering from severe anxiety for a number of reasons so decided to try Reiki by Helen. Due to logistical reasons, Helen performed the reiki remotely, at night. Post treatment I felt decidedly less anxious and would like to continue with more treatments. Joanna, Illovo
