Duration:  6 classes, one a week

The inner focus of Level 1 is about learning to become a clear channel for Reiki, enabling you to heal and balance yourself, family, friends and animals. It is about learning to let go and let the energy flow.

This is your window into the wonderful world of Reiki, and your first step towards becoming a channel for Reiki healing.

No prior knowledge or experience is required, just a desire for personal growth and learning.

• The five Reiki Principles
• How Reiki works with the energy of the body
• Auras and chakras
• Energy cleansing methods and using a pendulum
• The healing hands positions and the treatment process
• Explaining and receiving the first attunement
• Practical

Additional Info:

• Classes are held during the day, evenings and weekends
• You will receive course notes, a file and a certificate on successful completion of the course
• One free catch-up class per course, thereafter there will be a charge for catch-up classes
• Refunds are not possible once the course has started
